Prior to joining Colson Winterstein LLP, Malcolm summered and articled at an international law firm. His practice encompasses a wide range of employment litigation matters.

Malcolm has represented clients in a variety of employment law matters including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights complaints, and workplace investigations. He has appeared in both the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Malcolm is a dedicated advocate who appreciates a challenge. He represents his clients with passion and creativity, using all the tools at his disposal to protect their interests. Malcolm was actively involved in his law school community. This included serving as Co-Chair of the Distinguished Speakers Committee, a student ambassador, and working as a Teaching Assistant. Malcolm also represented the University of Western Ontario in several national advocacy competitions, including Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, the National Client Consultation Competition, and the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot.
